We run discovery workshops with most of our clients, and they all follow a similar flow:

A discovery workshop is a three-day intervention that will clarify your goals & requirements and ensure alignment for your users before you launch your digital design project.
We’re able to run our sessions both remotely and on-site. We’ll chat to see what works best for your team.
Our digital discovery workshops run over three days and are split into AM and PM halves. (Don’t worry, we’ll have a break for lunch and some leg stretchers throughout the day.)
Most of them look like this:
Day 1: Introductions, company background, personas and skeleton scoping.
Day 2: Recap on process map so far, refinement, adding workflows and system interrogation.
Day 3: Background process & automation mapping, supporting tech, draft scoping and agile overview.
We recommend you bring some senior leadership, the project champion, some frontline staff and the key users. If you have a smaller company, some of these roles might be held by the same person. That’s fine! Discovery workshops are scalable for any size of organisation.
